Partners
Farm to Institution New England is a six-state network of nonprofit, public and private entities working together to transform our food system by increasing the amount of good, local food served in our region’s schools, hospitals, colleges, correctional facilities, and other institutions.
In its work with partners statewide, the Foundation strives to build healthier communities for all by leading partnerships, fostering collaboration, and creating innovative solutions to advance health and health care.
Supplies its four school buildings with supplemental snacks and brings healthy food options to those students who use the MVR High School pantry.
Gather serves those in our community experiencing hunger by providing nutritious food through innovative distribution programs and our Pantry Market. We offer nutrition education and recipes for healthy living. We collaborate with community partners to address the root causes of hunger throughout the Seacoast in NH and ME.

Solicits and effectively distributes grocery products and perishable foods to New Hampshire’s food-insecure population. Offers innovative programs through a statewide network of approved agencies.
Working on behalf of the hospitals in New Hampshire, is actively involved in a wide range of preparedness issues involving medical facilities. NHHA has forged a variety of inter-agency cooperative efforts with the NH Department of Health and Human Services, the NH Department of Safety, etc.
NHLA’s mission is to fulfill America’s promise of equal justice by providing civil legal services to New Hampshire’s poor, including education and empowerment, advice, representation, and advocacy for systemic change.
Works to ensure all children have access to healthful school meals and nutrition education.
A group of food pantries and soup kitchens which provide emergency food for residents of New Hampshire and Southern Maine.

United Way of Greater Nashua is an independent, non-profit organization controlled by our local donors. It was established in 1930 when business leaders helped raise $42,677 to assist local families who were suffering from the community’s greatest problems of the time: the Great Depression and the aftermath of the Crown Hill fire.
Through the Sustainability Institute, acts as a catalyst, convener, and champion of sustainability ideas and actions across and beyond the University of New Hampshire.

Plates for Change is a volunteer-run organization passionate about ending childhood hunger and food insecurity in our seacoast communities. We champion policy change, educate, and plan and execute amazing events with our community partners to raise much-needed funds for local charities and non-profits that provide healthy food to those in need.

Nourishing Neighbors Summer Meals program is tackling the challenge of feeding children during their summer break from school. Together with partners like you, we can make a difference for families facing hunger.
NACDD’s core membership is composed of the 58 State and Territorial Health Department Chronic Disease Directors and their staff who protect the health of the public through primary and secondary prevention efforts and work “upstream” on root causes of chronic conditions.
